At the CITA conference last month our group came up with this list of games which can be used when players don't all speak the same language:

Big Underwear - using an object known to the group as a bit taboo and finding another use for it

Challenges Cross Culturally:
Any of the games could backfire
learn non-verbal meanings and rules about contact between the sexes
